Wilfred E. Calmas founded Calmas Associates in 1984. Calmas Associates is a consulting firm that has developed a unique coaching program designed to increase productivity and decrease staff turnover. The firm has worked successfully with numerous individuals, family business and corporations such as NECX, Merill Lynch, Oppenheimer, Legg Mason and Mazonson, Inc. He has also helped many individuals to achieve their personal and career goals. |

Prior to founding Calmas
Associates, Calmas had a distinguished career as a professor at a
Boston area college and psychologist at Children s Hospital. Calmas
takes a bi-focal approach to management consulting, drawing on a background
rich in business and counseling experience. Dr. Calmas' expertise
in clinical psychology and business negotiations enable him to understand
the underlying causes of problems. He works with individuals and with
groups on a weekly basis.
